Olivia is a huge Veggie Tales fan and lately one of her favorites has been "Omelete" where Jimmy Gourd is Prince Omelete who likes to eat eggs light and fluffly. I guess after watching it so much she decided she wanted some eggs...so much so that she continually insisted on pulling the egg carton out of the fridge. She didn't like eggs when she was younger, but I thought maybe now was the time to try again. So, one morning she helped me fix scrambled eggs...and then just sat and stared at them on her plate. She wouldn't even touch them! Instead she looked forlorn like she couldn't figure out why Jimmy Gourd likes eggs so well. Piggy back rides quickly put a smile on her face though.
